放工咯!! =D
今天被安排值早班。猜猜我在那里上班呢？这次的工作有别于上次工作的经验。除了customer service之外，工作类型完全是不同，大大不同。teehee~~

这次我挑战饮食业。的确，挑战度高了许多。需要记住的东西很多，要注意的东西也很多。因为，这是给顾客进度的东西，可不能开玩笑!

我第一天进工，没学到什么东西，只学...

洗碗!

第一天，差不多权利人士兼教师(教怎么做咖啡，怎么处理柜台，等等)都放工了，所以我只好被安排洗碗。吸足了两个小时。前几个小时在sliding，那就是如果看到顾客出去了，就要去收盘，收拾桌子。后两个小时呢，就躲在后面洗碗。还不错的经验。^_^ 这一生人洗最多碗碟非那天莫属。

那第二天，开始学做冰沙咖啡。他们说冰沙是最容易的。那时，还觉得咩？对你们来说当然容易啦。可是，现在我想想他们说的话，他们是对的!! 热饮步骤很多，而且很研究。冰沙只是放几个材料，放冰，再拿去blend就可以了。只是要记住什么水要放什么东西，但真的比热饮简单得多了。可能我做惯冰沙了吧。^O^

这就是espresso shot，每个热饮都会有的其中一个材料。如果顾客要求冰沙要加，我们也会帮他们加进去。

热饮要注意espresso shot的号码(我也不知道怎么说，总之要看有个号码，只能用18-23的espresso shot)，然后步骤一定要跟，不可以前后颠倒。@___@ 有些顾客是喝得出的。Cappucino比较轻因为它的泡沫比较多，latte就比较重，因为它只带点泡沫在咖啡上面。

刚刚我开始拿那espresso shot时，烫的咧!! 现在慢慢习惯了。:) 还不错。是皮张厚了吗？-__- 到现在，我还是背不了热饮的步骤，是因为没有一直练习吧。幸好身边的partners(同事)都很好。^__^ Practice makes perfect! Hwating!!

那明天我就要学柜台的东西了，那就是要学做cashier啦。我这么blur blur，希望不会搞错customers的order，也不会少算钱。>__<

大概就是那样了。身边的partners都很好。=）都乐于助人，也很好人。是因为Starbucks是美国公司的关系吗，学习环境，那些原则都很美国化。也没太多规则，而且我学得开心，做的开心。=) 可是他们对饮食方面很严苛! 这是当然的。我们要对顾客负责任!

过了过了!!

今天真是个可喜可贺的日子啊!! =D
我重考的paper终于过关了!! 虽然刚才发生了件不是很愉快的事，但当我知道我考过了我的resit paper, 那种不愉快心情马上兴奋了起来!! =D

太好了。明年我又可以专心上新的科目了!! 谢谢天主保佑!! #thankful #pass #final #exam #paper #grateful #happy #excited

My school choir has been so honored to be invited to perform in front of the Sunway's founder, Dato' Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah. =D

And we heard good feedback from the guests! Woohoo! Will blog about it soon!

Have been busy with assignments lately. :X Just finished taxation law assignment today and it's kinda last minute work, I hope my hard work pays off and pass this assignment. xD

Celebrated my bff's birthday last month.

We went Pasta Zanmai for dinner. :))
Have been in love with Japanese food lately, craving for Japanese food almost... I shall not say everyday, but  at least twice per week. :X
Japanese food is healthy and nice!! =D

The Result.

This morning I woke up I realized that my face is not as oily as usual days. This is the visible result I got after I put on Rachel K's mask. =))

Before the mask,

My face was red due to facial session in the afternoon. :X

I hope Rachel K's mask could help me reduce the redness on my face. X___X

Well, the mask has already torn a bit while on its way to my house so I couldn't cover my face fully with the mask (Plus, my forehead is so high and big. :X)
